What We Do
Sharing Resources & Expertise
The City and member organizations work cooperatively to meet each other’s needs in the prevention of and recovery from disasters. 

When a disaster strikes the community, the City of Eden Prairie is able to assist affected businesses and/or residents by working with PER members who volunteer to share their resources and expertise including technology, hard goods, water, office space or staffing.

In return, the City of Eden Prairie provides a number of services to member organizations including:

• comprehensive safety inspections
• site security inspections
• pertinent crime information bulletins.

We also work together to create and execute training exercises and functional drills.
